- Name Ledger is a Tech Builders service operated by Damien Eric Martial Moodley, an active GST-registered sole trader with ABN 55 681 998 305 and a business address in QLD 4514.
- Specialist data services supply the live business-name and domain results.
- Every result shows its check time and clearly says available, review required or unavailable.
- Our checking process explains what we check and what the result cannot prove.
- A paid report cannot be marked complete unless it contains five names that passed the business-name and matching .com.au checks.
- Name Ledger is independent. ASIC, IP Australia and auDA do not own, operate or endorse it.
What we do not claim
We do not claim that a result reserves the name, checks every trade mark, gives legal advice or guarantees that ASIC or a registrar will approve an application. Australian domain rules may still require proof of identity or eligibility.
Why there are no customer reviews yet
Name Ledger does not have customer reviews or customer-number claims to publish yet. We will add them only when they are genuine, current and used with permission. We will clearly disclose any payment, gift or business relationship connected to a review.
